Beef Minced Meat Organic

Good mince starts with a good animal. Ours comes only from cattle raised at Sekem, where the farm grows its own fodder and the herd grazes and eats from a closed, biodynamic loop: Demeter-certified, no hormones, no routine antibiotics.

We mince it in our own butchery inside Sekem, so you know exactly what’s in the pack: beef, and nothing else.

Use it for kofta, a slow Bolognese, stuffed vegetables or Friday burgers. Vacuum-packed and delivered chilled; keep it in the coldest part of the fridge or freeze on arrival.
