Beef Cubes 20% Fat Organic

Cubes with a little fat melt into rich, tender stews. The beef comes from cattle raised entirely at Sekem, Egypt’s Demeter-certified biodynamic farm, fed on the farm’s own grass and fodder, with no hormones, ever.

Brown in batches, then simmer slowly in tomato sauce, with okra or potatoes, or in a tagine. Halal, cut in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
