FRZN Chicken Sausage

Free-range chicken from Helmy Farms, RDNA’s own farm, and spices, filled into natural casings in small batches in our own butchery. No fillers, no additives, no nitrates or nitrites. The birds’ feed is partly grown at Sekem and partly made from surplus from our own farming, production and kitchens.

Cook gently in a pan or on the grill, turning often, until golden and cooked through. A lighter sausage for breakfast or a quick family dinner. Halal. Vacuum-packed and delivered frozen.
