Chicken Shish Tawook

Cubes of boneless thigh, the juiciest part of the bird, from chickens raised free-range and cage-free at Helmy Farms, RDNA’s own farm. They come plain, so you choose the marinade.

For classic shish tawook, marinate in yoghurt, garlic, lemon, paprika and a little tomato paste for a few hours, thread onto skewers and grill until lightly charred and cooked through. Halal. Vacuum-packed and delivered frozen.
