Bertagni has been making filled pasta in Italy since 1882. These pasta triangles hold an earthy filling of porcini mushrooms with truffle.
Cook from frozen in salted boiling water for a few minutes, as on the pack. Toss simply with melted butter, sage and parmesan to let the filling shine. Keep frozen.
