Ricotta and spinach is the most classic of Italian ravioli fillings: creamy, fresh and green. Bertagni has been making filled pasta in Italy since 1882.
Cook from frozen in salted boiling water as on the pack, then serve with butter and sage, a light tomato sauce or a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan. Keep frozen.
