Girasoli means “sunflowers” in Italian, after their round, ridged shape. These are filled with the Caprese trio of tomato, mozzarella and basil, a taste of an Italian summer.
Cook from frozen in salted boiling water as on the pack. Serve with a simple tomato sauce or olive oil, fresh basil and parmesan. Keep frozen.
