A floral herbal tea from Imtenan, based on a traditional European recipe. St John’s wort flowers are blended with lemon balm, hibiscus and English lavender for a lightly tart, fragrant cup. 18 teabags.
Steep one teabag, covered, for 3–5 minutes; up to 2–3 cups a day. St John’s wort can interact with many medicines, including the contraceptive pill: check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
