A soft, honeyed herbal blend from Imtenan. German chamomile and linden are the heart of it, with lemon balm and a little peppermint to keep it fresh. A caffeine-free cup for winding down at the end of the day. 18 teabags.
Steep one teabag, covered, for 3–5 minutes; 2–3 cups a day. Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid if you are allergic to plants in the daisy (sunflower) family, which includes chamomile. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, check with your doctor first.
