Quinoa Seeds

Quinoa cooks in about 15 minutes into light, fluffy grains with a mild, nutty taste. It is naturally gluten-free and a complete source of protein, which makes it a favourite in salads, grain bowls and as a side instead of rice.

Rinse well before cooking, then simmer one cup of quinoa in two cups of water until the water is absorbed. Store in a cool, dry place.
