Flax Seeds

Flax (linseed) adds a nutty taste and a pleasant crunch to bread, porridge, yoghurt and granola. Ground, it mixes easily into smoothies and baking; mixed with water, it even replaces an egg in vegan recipes.

For the most benefit, grind small amounts just before use. Store in a cool, dry place, or in the fridge once opened.
