Beef Steak Sirloin Organic

Sirloin is the everyday steak done properly: lean, tender and full of beefy flavour. Ours comes from cattle raised entirely at Sekem, Egypt’s Demeter-certified biodynamic farm, where at least 65% of their diet is grass and the rest is fodder grown on the farm. No hormones, ever; antibiotics only when an animal is sick.

Cut by hand in our own butchery inside Sekem. Cook it hot and fast, two to three minutes a side for medium-rare, then rest before slicing across the grain. Vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
