Beef Steak Flank Organic

Flank is a lean, broad steak with a clear grain and a big beefy taste. It comes from our Demeter-certified herd at Sekem, where the animals eat grass and fodder grown on the farm, with nothing bought in and no hormones, ever.

Marinate it, sear it hard to medium-rare, rest it, then slice thinly across the grain. Perfect for steak salads, tacos and stir-fries. Cut in our own butchery, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
