A warm, gently aniseedy blend from Imtenan, the family-owned Egyptian company that began with honey in 1982. Fennel, anise, fenugreek and coriander seeds are herbs traditionally taken by breastfeeding mothers across the region. 18 teabags.

Pour boiling water over one teabag, cover and steep for 3–5 minutes. Imtenan suggests 2–3 cups a day. Not for use during pregnancy. Check with your doctor or midwife before use.
