Beef Stir-Fry Organic

We slice these strips so dinner is quick: no trimming, no cutting board. The beef comes from cattle raised entirely at Sekem, Demeter-certified, fed on the farm’s own grass and fodder.

Cook in a very hot wok or pan in small batches so it sears instead of stewing, then add vegetables and sauce at the end. Halal, cut in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
