Lamb Shoulder Organic

Shoulder is the most flavourful cut of the lamb, marbled and tender after a few slow hours in the oven. Ours comes from lambs raised entirely at Sekem, Egypt’s Demeter-certified biodynamic farm, with no hormones, ever.

Slow-roast it with garlic and cumin, braise it for fatta, or cook it in a tagine. Halal, cut in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
