A rack of lamb is the elegant cut: a row of tender chops, quick to cook and beautiful on the table. Our lambs are raised entirely at Sekem, Egypt’s Demeter-certified biodynamic farm, on the farm’s own fodder.
Season well, sear the fat side, then roast at high heat for 15 to 20 minutes and rest before slicing into chops. Halal, cut in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
