Beef Kidneys Organic

For those who know and love offal, kidneys from well-raised animals make all the difference. These come from our Demeter-certified herd at Sekem, raised with no hormones and no routine antibiotics.

Soak briefly in salted water, trim the core, then sauté quickly with onions and spices, or add to a classic steak-and-kidney pie. Cut in our own butchery, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
