Beef Cubes 0% Fat Organic

We trim these cubes of all visible fat so you can go straight to cooking. The beef comes from our Demeter-certified herd at Sekem, raised on the farm’s own grass and fodder, with no hormones and no routine antibiotics.

Use them for tagines, curries, stews or skewers. Because they’re lean, slow cooking with plenty of liquid or a quick marinade before grilling works best. Halal, cut in our own butchery, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
