Rump is the butcher’s favourite: a little firmer than sirloin, with more flavour in every bite. It comes from our Demeter-certified herd at Sekem, raised on the farm’s own grass and fodder in a closed biodynamic loop, with no hormones and no routine antibiotics.

Grill or pan-fry it hot and keep it medium-rare to medium; slice thinly against the grain for steak sandwiches or salads. Cut in our own butchery, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
