Calamari rings are a seafood restaurant classic you can make at home. Coat them lightly in seasoned flour and fry until golden, or sauté them with garlic, chilli and parsley.
Cook calamari either very quickly (one to two minutes) or slowly for a long time; anything in between makes it chewy. Thaw in the fridge before cooking. Keep frozen until use.
