The whole fillet, for a special roast or to cut your own steaks. It comes from cattle raised entirely at Sekem, Demeter-certified, grass-fed for most of their diet, with no hormones and no routine antibiotics.

Trim the silver skin, tie, sear all over and roast to medium-rare, or slice into thick fillet steaks. Rest before carving. Halal, cut in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
