The easy way to a kofta dinner: lay it in a tray with tomatoes, potatoes and onions and let the oven do the work. Made in small batches in our own butchery from Demeter-certified beef raised at Sekem, with spices only. No fillers, no additives, no nitrates or nitrites.
Bake at around 200°C until browned and cooked through. Halal. Vacuum-packed and delivered frozen.
