Kawarea is a traditional Egyptian dish: trotters simmered for hours into a rich, gelatinous broth, often with chickpeas. Ours come from cattle raised entirely at Sekem, Demeter-certified.
Clean well, blanch, then simmer for several hours with onion, garlic and spices. Halal, prepared in our own butchery inside Sekem, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
