Beef Round Roast Organic

A round roast is the Sunday joint: lean, easy to carve and generous enough for the whole family. It comes from our Demeter-certified herd at Sekem, raised on the farm’s own grass and fodder in a closed biodynamic loop.

Season well, brown it all over, then roast gently and keep it pink in the middle. Rest before carving, and slice thinly; cold slices make excellent sandwiches. Cut in our own butchery, vacuum-packed and delivered chilled.
