Kabsa Spices

Kabsa, the Gulf’s much-loved spiced rice with meat or chicken, starts with a good spice mix. Imtenan’s blends turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, chilli and sea salt with its own house mix of spices.

Season chicken or meat before cooking and add to the rice as it simmers, to taste. Also good on the grill. Contains salt, so taste before adding more. Store sealed, away from heat and light.
