Curry

A ready curry blend for days when you want a fragrant, warming meal without measuring out ten spices. It comes from ISIS, the food company of the Sekem group, made without artificial additives or preservatives.

Fry a teaspoon in oil with onions before adding chicken, lentils or vegetables, or stir it into rice and soups. Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

Ingredients: turmeric, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, chili, black pepper, ginger, cloves, cinnamon.
