Noodles Glass

Glass noodles turn clear and silky when cooked, and soak up the flavours of whatever you cook them with. They are a staple of Asian stir-fries, noodle salads, soups and spring rolls.

Soak or boil briefly as on the pack, then toss with vegetables, soy sauce and sesame oil. Store in a cool, dry place.
