Onion Red Organic (1kg)

Red onions grown biodynamically at Sekem, Demeter-certified and organic. Milder and sweeter than yellow onions, they’re perfect raw in salads and salsas, and turn jammy and rich when slow-cooked.

Store them somewhere cool, dark and dry, away from potatoes. They come as they’re harvested, with papery skins and the occasional bit of soil.
