Buffalo butter is richer than cow’s butter, with a velvety texture and a full, slightly sweet flavour that Egyptian kitchens have loved for generations. Ours is made in RDNA’s own dairy inside Sekem, from organic milk, with nothing added.

Spread it thickly on warm baladi bread, melt it over vegetables or use it in baking where you want depth of flavour. The 200 g pack is a good size to keep fresh. Keep refrigerated.
