Flaxseed flour is simply ground flaxseed: nutty and earthy, with natural fibre and plant omega-3 (ALA). This one comes from ISIS, the food company of the Sekem group. Stir a spoonful into porridge, yoghurt or smoothies, or replace part of the flour in breads and muffins. Mixed with water, it also works as an egg replacer in vegan baking.
