Nothing beats molokhia made from fresh leaves. Ours is grown biodynamically at Sekem, Demeter-certified and organic, and harvested the same day it reaches the shelf.
Pick the leaves off the stems, chop finely (a makhrata is best), and cook briefly in hot stock, then finish with the garlic and coriander tasha. Use the same day or the next for the best colour.
